Misty, you are the best
investment that my family and I have ever made. After having our girls I
really struggled and believed that the extra flub was just my scar to bear for
being a Mom. You have taught me that I can be and do so much more than I
thought I was capable of. When I read your story I loved the honesty and
humor that you brought to your weight loss and it's that honesty and humour that
make your workouts so immensely addictive. Recently I walked 8 very

I am a 47
year old male and for years I have been trying to lose weight through exercise
and proper eating. I would always get to a certain point in my weight loss and
then I would hit a wall and I would stop losing weight and more times than not
gain more weight than I had lost.
After the
summer of 2009 I was the heaviest I have ever been and as usual I would start
trying to lose a weight and again I came to a point where it
stopped.
This is
when I contacted Misty. We started working together early in January 2010 and
her once a week personal workouts along with her tips on eating pushed me past
that wall that always became a barrier for me to lose weight and maintaining it
in the past.
In six
weeks I lost 20 pounds and went from a size 36 pant to a size 32. I feel strong
and healthy these days. Her personal training sessions are always different and
works every part of your body. Plus this training is done in the comfort of your
own home and you don't need a big home to do this. If you have a floor, you are
good to go.
I am so
pleased that I contacted Misty as I am seeing the results I have been looking
for in weeks instead of years. I know that in the very near future I will have
the flat stomach that I have been looking for and it's a result of my training
and eating under the guidance of Misty's plan.

Over the course of a year, I
lost 50 pounds through diet and running, but I had no muscle tone in my
core or my upper body - I couldn't event do a push up. As proud as I was
of my weight loss, I knew that to get in shape Ineeded more. I went to
Misty's small group training, and within a few weeks noticed an increase in my energy,
stamina AND definition on my arms and abs! My 'mommy tummy' is even going away.
Misty also helps me understand how to eat properly to maintain my
weight - very important for me as I have been a life-long yo-yo dieter.
I'm skinny, healthy, and at 40, look better than I have in my life. Go Misty!

I just wanted to thank you so very much for all the great workouts Misty, you are amazing. I had never used weights in my life and wasn't sure I would like the working out with them, but I love them. Your sessions are fun, creative and most of all I have lost tons of inches. I love the way my body looks, everything is so firm and definitely my energy level is way up. I work hard as a wife, mother and small business owner and your sessions are time for me. I am not sure how you come up with so many different ways to make working out fun, but you do. I met Misty back when my first born was 8 months, I realized I could not carry on with all this weight on me and needed to do something fast. I found her by accident and it was the best accident ever! She was more than just a trainer - she sat and spoke with me so she could cater to my needs first. I've worked out with her for 3 months now and lost a total of 9 inches off my body. I especially love the motivating text messages and emails I received to get me back on track just when I felt like slipping off and most importantly, unlike any other trainer I've used before, she took the time to 'check out' my fridge and cupboards to make sure I ate proper and it was whole grains, nuts and berries all the way! After having my daughter I needed to get back into shape. I wanted to look and feel good for myself and my daughter. After trying the gym I just didn't have the motivation to push myself. I began with a Mom and Baby Bodysculpt class that Misty was teaching and instantly started to feel better. I had more energy and looked forward to working out again.
