Here are a few testimonials from some happy runners!

There's nothing like running with friends. Misty and Sheree make their clubs so entertaining and motivating. Though its hard to laugh while running, they definitely keep me challenged and coming back for more.

The Brooklin Run Club has brought the joy of running back into my life after a motor vehicle accident left me unable to run. Misty gave me the courage and confidence to start running again. Both Misty and Sheree lead the groups with an informative, supportive style that fosters camaraderie and professionalism. I would highly recommend this run group to anyone either considering running for the first time or an avid runner wanting to improve their performance.

Before joining BRC I used to think I can't or I could never run, the first night I actually cried because I thought I wasn't going to make it and that I wasn't ever going to come back. However, with the kind encouragement from Sheree and the other people in my group I did make it through that first run. I felt pretty fantastic about it afterward! That feeling drew me back week after week.  I went from the first night being afraid of running too 10 weeks later looking forward to my next run, and pushing myself to be better. My goal for 2010 is to run my first 5K, which is something I would not have ever dreamed I'd be able to accomplish. This new confidence and strength I have without a doubt, came from the guidance and education given to me by the instructors at the Brooklin Run Club.
